Blackie spent years as a steady, intelligent, and confident trail horse before retiring from riding due to arthritis and thin soles.

Now the same qualities that made her a trusted riding companion, a nurturing mother, and a leader, make her a favorite among our visitors.

As the sentry and guardian of the herd, Nellie is keenly intuitive and energetically sensitive.

She extends her special gifts to our guests through gentle body scans, focused attention and energetic clearing.

Nellie has a sweet spirit, and deep knowing eyes. She senses when her calming, healing, presence is needed and offers it freely.

Despite being the senior male of the herd, Stormy has the playful curiosity and spirit of a child.

Often the first to greet guests, his welcome may include unzipping a jacket, picking a pocket, or stealing a hat.

Like an inquisitive youth, he will follow you just to see what you’re up to and cause a little harmless mischief. In doing so, Stormy has a way of illuminating what we hold behind the masks we wear and teaching the hard lessons.
